My Chemical Romance Part Ways With Drummer Bob Bryar

Ending weeks of speculation, My Chemical Romance has confirmed on their official site that they’ve parted ways with drummer Bob Bryar. While not the band’s original drummer, Bryar’s 6 year reign in MCR is equal to at least 18, in drummer years.

Guitarist Frank Iero spelled it in the statement:

As of 4 weeks ago, My Chemical Romance and Bob Bryar parted ways. This was a painful decision for all of us to make and was not taken lightly. We wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors and expect you all to do the same.

We also wanted to give you all a quick heads up on how the record is progressing. We have been writing some very powerful new songs so this week the four of us entered the studio once again, and what has been ending up on tape each night is some of the most exciting and honest work we have ever created.

Still no title or release date for the forthcoming album and no word on who will takeover the sticks from Bryar. Got any suggestions, AwesomeReaders??

Her main squeeze, Mike Comrie of the Edmonton Oilers, reportedly proposed to her while on vacation in Hawaii. “After having been together for over two years, they are very excited to share this happy news, “ says Duff’s rep. “They are thankful for all your warm wishes.”

Did that title make hardcore Bella + Edward fans burst into tears? Fear not because we’re not talking about a wedding date between Lautner and Stewart! The two are slated to present an award together at the 82^nd Annual Academy Awards on March 7^th.

“It’s really cool,” Stewart told Access Hollywood at “The Yellow Handkerchief” premiere in Los Angeles yesterday. “I’m glad I get to do it with [Taylor] too because I’d be so nervous.”

We’re hearing great things about the Oscars this year, and we’re especially excited because Adam Shankman is producing the show! Will you tune in?

Photogs snapped Kendra Wilkinson looking pretty upset after last night’s game. In case you didn’t know, her hubby Hank Baskett was unable to secure the ball after an onside kick, and the ball was recovered by the Saints. Kendra claims that she wasn’t as upset from the loss as she was by the pesky paparazzi.

The busty blonde tweeted: “I wasn’t cryin cuz of the damn game it’s cuz the paparazzi have no soul,” she tweeted. “they wouldn’t leave me n family alone!!!!” “we asked them to stop cuz of the baby n they were way too close n they didn’t care at allllllll”

We sorta feel bad for her, but we were rooting for the Saints 100%!

When Hayden Panettiere and Ukrainian boxing champ Wladimir Klitschko stepped out officially at the “Best of Musical Gala” in Hamburg, Germany the internets (including us) of course started to chatter. We hate to call this a case of Beauty and the Beast because it’s so cliche and just kinda mean but we’ve got to keep it real. The petite heroes starlet is all but dwarfed standing next to the boxing champ. It would be one thing if his looks were as striking as his fists, but they aren’t.

We can’t help but wonder what these two, who were first spotted together over New Years, have in common. However, it is nice to see a Hollywood hottie leaving the superficiality in “The Hills!”

In this digital age, rarely are secrets kept this well!

Over the past month, a Youtube user called “iamamiwhoami” has emerged, posting a series of 3 (so far…) cryptic and creepy videos. The videos seem to show spooky nature scenes, owls, an attractive blond woman writhing in some sort of mud and licking tree sap, and all sorts of other everyday scenes. And then there’s the music. The ambient, electronic, soothing and spooky soundtrack to the minute-long clips only adds to the mystery, and seems to be leading viral sleuths to believe a popular musician may be behind this as a puzzling publicity stunt.

The #1 culprit was Christina Aguilera, whose new album Bionic is rumored to be a new creative direction for the “Genie…” pop star. But when her team wholly denied any involvement, other suspects were considered, including Nine Inch Nails, Lady Gaga, Goldfrapp, MGMT, Bjork and more.

Oh, and the titles of these clips… just mysterious sequences of numbers (a la LOST). Take a look and decide… who IS “iamamiwhoami“??
