After months and months of silence, Chris Brown is finally speaking out and apologizing for what he did to Rihanna back in February. The two minute video was posted on his YouTube page today and portrays an apologetic Brown speaking directly to the camera. Brown mentions he will be doing interviews about the subject in the future (we bet he will) but wanted to speak to his fans first (well, after Rihanna, his mother, his minister, and whoever else he’s been talking to since the “incident”).
A public apology has been needed for a LONG, LONG time from that man — but to call it an “incident” isn’t exactly what we had in mind. We don’t need to post the picture of Rihanna here to remember the aftermath of his attack on her. Sorry or not, Chris Brown will never be a role model.
