AOTWHappy Friday!  It’s an extra happy day here at PopAwesome because we have a very special announcement.  We have just launched an Artist of the Week poll!  We’re super excited to present a new challenge each week between two awesome artists and let you guys vote for your favorite.   Spread the word and start voting!

If you have a band/artist that you want to nominate for next week, then submit the name in the “other” box and we’ll hopefully get them up!

Challenger 1:  Debi Nova

Debi Nova is already a superstar in her native country of Costa Rica, and she’s about to blow up in the US.  Get ready for her debut album Luna Nueva this spring, and watch her sizzling video for “Drummer Boy” below!

Challenger 2:  Young & Divine

This pop/punk trio comprised of  JP Clark, 23 (vocals/bass), Jake Mai, 23 (guitar/vocals) and Joe Bortscheller, 22 (drums) is also readying a major label debut for spring 2010.  Their infectious single “Shake That Bubble” will definitely get stuck in your head and make you get up and dance.  Check it out for yourself below!
