19-year old Kristinia DeBarge has just launched her career with the anthemic upbeat “Goodbye,” her debut single which is now hitting at pop radio! Word on the street is a video shoot to capture the song’s sexy fun feel is scheduled to take place shortly in Los Angeles.
If Kristinia’s last name (DeBarge) sounds familiar to any of you it’s because her father James DeBarge is keyboardist and founding member of beloved Motown ’80s group DeBarge. With an upbringing like that it makes sense that Kristinia knew she wanted to be a singer by the age of three.
“Goodbye” is the first release from Kristinia’s debut album on new label Sodapop Music, set for summertime release. Many tracks on the album were written and produced by Babyface; “Goodbye,” is co-produced by Babyface and The Pentagon.

I love her voice and her video is really cute and I know the younger music fans will love it and it does make me happy. I am just tired of a group of I was a fan of lying to her and other artists, and I think the industry should change so celebrities can’t be treated differently legally or force people into contracts they didn’t agree to for their friends or businesses against their will, like they are trying to do to me, illegal hearing last Decemeber and all, and I am done being blamed for their one lying webmaster. I did tell them the truth, if their too stupid to believe it, BSB/Backstreet Boys, and all of their peers, friends, fans, lawyers, managment and companies they lied to. I say screw them. BSB e-mails may be on might website if you want to tell how you feel by all means, you may, they broke their deal 5 years ago after my high school graduation, not me.
