“Diary” was mixed by Grammy winner Manny Marroquin (Usher, Alicia Keys), and Coury also collaborated with producer Alex Cantrall (Fantasia, Dru Hill, JoJo) for his full-length album, due out later this year on indie label Eleventh Records, distributed through Universal’s Fontana.

The Pittsburgh-bred, L.A.-based Coury will be on a radio promo tour for “Diary” from March 22-May 14 and just shot a video for the song with esteemed director Roman White, who has lensed videos for artists including Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood, Kelly Clarkson and Justin Bieber.

“Diary” showcases not only Coury’s urgent vocals and flair for sparkling hooks, but also the multi-instrumentalist’s substantial production chops.  “I started with a straight piano line as a loop,” he recalls of the song’s creation. “I had the lyrical concept, and the melody and the words started coming for the hook. I then started building the track adding the drums and synths–I wanted it to have a little bit of a club feel.

“When I write a song, I want a beat you can dance to, a great track–but also a story,” adds Coury.  “There has to be a heart to it.”

“I read your diary,” Coury sings over the track’s throbbing groove, “and it said that you weren’t in love with me.”  The heartbreak mounts as each page offers a new puzzle piece of his lover’s betrayal.

Coury is about to be a force in pop music just as he was a star athlete in high school. It wasn’t until he suffered a sports injury that he decided to put a hold on finishing college and pursue his true destiny. Since then, he has devoted himself to music with the same fervor, drive and commitment he once did to sports.” Music was always in me,” says Coury.  “Even as a little kid, I was listening to the radio, imitating, and making believe I played the guitar and drums.”

Coury is an unabashed fan of Top 40 beats, hooks and sing-along choruses, but his musical tastes, as reflected in his tuneful songs, run broad and deep. “I go across the board,” says Coury. “I love to listen to the radio, but I also keep tabs on the indie world, to kind of get ideas about how to experiment.”

Today we introduce Matt Lowell, a rising pop/singer-songwriter who just finished up some dates with Howie Day and Serena Ryder.  The Berklee College of Music alum is working on his full-length debut album to follow up 2009’s “Second Storm EP.”  Lowell is working with some great songwriters & producers including Joan Osborne (remember her?).

Eytan– pronounced like Akon with a “T” – is an Israeli name meaning “mighty.” Born in North Carolina to an Israeli mother and American father, Eytan had a nomadic childhood as his father’s journalistic career took the family to Boston, Chicago, Washington D.C., and finally the suburbs of New York when Eytan was 10.

Each city brought a new set of challenges and a new set of friends, but music remained the constant. Playing classical piano from age 5, Eytan was performing in Carnegie Hall competitions and writing songs by age 12. Delving into his parents record collection, he studied Lennon, Dylan, Springsteen, Paul Simon, Ray Charles and a host of other greats in his formative years, moving on to Radiohead, Elliott Smith, Pavement, and Bowie in college.

After earning a music degree from Columbia University and taking a string of jobs at places as varied as CBGBs and Google, Eytan saved up enough money to record an album – his forthcoming debut The Perfect Break-Up. Many of the tracks were produced in a year where Eytan had his Motown singles box set on repeat. The album is full of horns, strings, big hooks and harmonies, sad songs with happy beats, and the production aesthetic is always raw and real.

Helmed by producers Assi Spector and Josh Kaufman, the album features a host of talented friends including members of OK Go, Hurricane Bells, Locksley, Quintus, Marcy Playground, and others.

Eytan has also played with or produced a number of great New York artists including Nicole Atkins, Jaymay, and Secret Dakota Ring.

The Perfect Break-Up will be released this spring, and Eytan’s cover of “That’s The Way (I Like It)” is featured on MTV’s soundtrack to the film Turn The Beat Around, coming out February 9th.

Working with producer Adrian Gurvitz, her newly recorded album shows off her powerhouse vocals and ability to get the whole world dancing.  With her stunning looks, sexy and charming personality, Emii is dazzling everyone she meets!

Multi-talented newcomer Ashlyne Huff is the first artist signed to the Anderson Companies new innovative music marketing and recording company, Liquid Digital Media. Huff will release her first single, an infectious blend of pop and rock called “Heart of Gold”, through iTunes and WalMart.com on September 22nd – the day before she’ll be kicking off a eight city tour through the Southwest. Her debut album is set for release in the spring of 2010.

Huff’s vocal prowess and passion for songwriting seems only natural given her family background. Her father, Dann Huff, is a highly sought after producer and session guitarist producing albums for the likes of Keith Urban and Rascal Flatts and performing on hits by Michael Jackson, Madonna and Faith Hill. Huff began her first foray into performing as an accomplished dancer which she still uniquely incorporates into her live shows. Beginning dance lessons at the age of seven, she joined the Opryland Kids Club at age eleven in the final year the theme park was open. It was there she realized she had to sing if she wanted to continue to perform as a dancer. “I was actually afraid to sing because people came in and out of my dad’s studio who could sing really well,” Huff recalls. “But I did it and wound up singing all through high school.”

Music was always in Huff’s blood, but it wasn’t until college that she truly discovered her love for songwriting – and it didn’t take long for Huff’s powerhouse voice and flair for storytelling to get noticed. In December 2006, she was approached by Anderson Merchandisers. Anderson Companies is one of the nation’s largest distributors of pre-recorded music, movies, and books, which services retail stores throughout the U.S. The company was launching its own record label, Liquid Digital Media, and wanted Huff to be the first artist they signed.

After graduating from Belmont University in Nashville, Huff began working on her album and co-wrote every song on the upcoming release. In addition, a song Huff co-wrote with Tommy Lee James and Stefanie Ridel entitled “I’m Done” appeared on the Pussycat Dolls’ latest album Doll Domination in early 2008.

This fall, Huff will embark on her first tour performing at Walmart stores throughout the Southwest. Excited to bring her music to a live audience, Huff says, “Touring is a great opportunity for me to showcase my new music. I really think there’s something for everyone in my songs and I can’t wait for people to hear them.” She will be opening for various artists including Katharine McPhee (Verve Music Group), Emily Osment (Wind-Up Records) of Disney’s The Hannah Montana Show, KSM (Buena Vista Records) and Bomshel (Curb Records). The tour will be stopping in the following cities:
